Working principle of high-position palletizer

After the packaged bags are transported to a certain height, the bags are transferred, grouped, pushed, and layered in a predetermined manner, and then stacked on the pallet by layer, and finally the stacked full stack is output.

Structural composition of high-position palletizer

• Conveying system: including transition conveyor, climbing conveyor, transfer conveyor, etc., used to transport materials to the designated location.
• Grouping and pushing system: automatically group the bags and push the grouped bags to the layering machine.
• Layering and stacking system: driven by a motor, it can be opened left and right to stack the grouped bags on the pallet.
• Lifting system: responsible for lifting or lowering the layered bags to a suitable height to achieve palletizing of different layers.
• Pallet supply and conveying system: including pallet warehouse, pallet conveyor, etc., responsible for storing and automatically distributing empty pallets, and transporting empty pallets to the stacking position.
• Control system: It adopts imported programmable controller, etc. to realize the coordinated control of the whole palletizer, and has fault diagnosis and display functions.
